Each time my shih tzu comes home from the groomer, he has a scab on the top of his nose/snout. Would that likely be from him fighting the clippers? Something I should be concerned about?

I had 3 of these babies at one time. I took them to 2 different groomers and they were so rough with mine including my senior@ one. After last visit he hid in his bed and passed 3 days later..
