Paired with a Honey Dijon Crunch Broccoli Salad, this might be my favorite week yet! 🤤 🥖 SLOW COOKER FRENCH DIP SANDWICHES Ingredients: • 3–4 lb chuck roast • 1 packet onion soup mix • 2 cups low-sodium beef broth • 1 cup beef consommé* • 1 TBS Worcestershire sauce • 1 TBS soy sauce • 4 cloves garlic, minced • 1 tsp black pepper • 1 tsp dried thyme • 1 onion, sliced • 6–8 hoagie rolls • 8 slices provolone cheese • 2 TBS butter, melted • 1 tsp garlic powder Instructions: Place sliced onions in the bottom of your slow cooker. Add roast on top. Pour in broth, consommé, Worcestershire, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and thyme. Sprinkle onion soup mix over everything. Cook on LOW for 8–9 hours or HIGH for 5–6 hours. Shred beef and let soak in juices for 10–15 minutes. Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush onto rolls. Fill rolls with beef and provolone cheese. Broil 1–2 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve with au jus from the slow cooker for dipping. 💰 Budget-Friendly Swaps: Use bottom round or eye of round roast instead of chuck roast.
