I had so many of those bumps, one day I used an eye cream for dark circles and wrinkles for a a few days and a lot of the bumps disappeared

Thank You So Much for clarifying this. I always thought it was milia under my eyes and in the space between my lower lip and top of my chin. I've had it since I was a kid. Exfoliating hasn't worked.
