if I feel a second of sadness anger immediately rushes through every part of my body it feels like my skin and blood is literally boiling i would rather deal with the consequences of anger

I was diagnosed w/ BPD & I try to avoid anger as much as possible, so I just cry. Also, it’s a huge struggle being overly empathetic & taking on everyone else’s emotions along with my own.

for me when I am sad and crying that once I realize I'm crying I stop because I feel like I'm not validated for being sad or crying then when I'm like yes I am I actually can not be sad about it
