people that slouch or have a hump if you roll your shoulders backwards like five times you'll feel it pull your posture up. rolling your shoulders is a great way to fix it also. make sure you roll

If you do things like look down at your phone or computer a lot or just have forward shoulders and not great posture it can cause that bump not just the way you sleep, stretching out the muscles (1/2)

That hump is due to weight gain or high cortisol levels . However the pillow could help with muscle soreness from sleeping wrong . Might give it a try .
