Liquid nitrogen blow up🤔 I very much doubt it as the tanker has a green label on the back indicating the contents inside is an inert gas 😂

it's most likely a pressure release venting pressure you can't have liquid with expanding gasses completely sealed there has to be a vent to relieve pressure or it I'll blow up google dry ice boom

I have cryo nitrogen delivered every week , that's just a fraction of what comes out while there just connecting / disconnecting - depending on due point on the day

can be a valve not well closed but equally can be from the safety valve when the internal pressure get too high.

It’s fine. You don’t want to get right on the outlet of the purge, but it will create some ice/condensate otherwise just volatilize into air.
