For long distance this is great but its force production is much lower compared to what sprint mechanics look like. Sprinting is much more exaggerated but that’s a result of higher force production being the focus so basically to go faster the analysis is way off but he does still run well

ballet and tap. stunt professionals love working with him due to his danve background he picks up fight choreography really quickly. hes easy to work with

also to be fair cap runs like a soldier in basic they teach you how to run its a whole class but black panther runs like he's feral if u replicate his run but fingers spread and a little more forward
