Adding all that flour is unnecessary as just dries out pastry. Next time just unroll it but keep on the sheet of baking parchment, once made the whole thing just goes onto an oven tray, it bakes 👌🏻

You can also use normal sausages and just take the skins off. That’s what I usually do☺️x

I cut the pastry in half and divide the sausage meat as it makes more, can’t beat a homemade sausage roll 😍

For “grown up” sausage rolls, add sliced chorizo or Parma ham onto the pastry before putting sausage meat in. Crumble feta on top of sausage meat before sealing.

If u put flour on your baking tray u dont get soggy bottoms nothing else needed just flour on tray x
