This is right and wrong at the same time. If you don’t buy and rent instead for 35 years example, you don’t even get the house at the end of the tenure but at least buying a house you can owned it

My husband buat loan rumah 20 tahun. Rumah dh nak habis bayar tahun depan tahun ke 7. Caranya setiap tahun tolak principle. Bank akan reduce monthly instalment. 1st year byr 533 now hanya byr 240.

Don’t buy a house with a loan because on top of the price of the house you need to pay interest. Either you buy cash or you rent a house. This way you don’t pay interest and enjoy the extra money 😂

Agreed…. My loan was RM300K and paid in 10 years. I saved so much on the interest. Taking 35 year loan = buy a house for the bank !
