Or even just a fun weeknight dessert. 😋 Used recipe from (threekidsandafish) Ingredients: * 24 vanilla ice cream sandwiches * 12.8 oz hot fudge * 16 oz heavy cream * 4 Tablespoons sugar * 18 fun sized snickers bars * 1/2 cup caramel sauce * 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts (chopped) Directions: 1. Grease a 9x13 pan. Add a layer of 12 ice cream sandwiches in the bottom. (My pan only fit 9.5) 2. Pour heated hot fudge over the ice cream sandwiches and spread over. Place in freezer to harden. 3. In a bowl whip together heavy cream and sugar until it makes whipped cream. 4. Spread one half of the whipped cream over the hot fudge, place in freezer to harden. 5. Chop snickers bars into bite size pieces. Divide into two. 6. Evenly spread half the chopped snickers bars over the whipped cream. 7. Layer the other ice cream sandwiches on top of the snickers bars. 8. Evenly spread the other half of the whipped cream over top. 9. Sprinkle with the remaining snickers bars. 10. Drizzle over caramel sauce. 11. Top with crushed peanuts! 12. Freeze for 3-6 hours before serving. #summerrecipes #easydesserts #icecreamcake #summerdessert
