I started this week off with a glutes and quad workout which felt GOOD despite my lower back and knees playing up 🥹. I didn’t go too heavy but it felt lovely regardless 🫶🏻. Honestly I always go through phases where I hit a rut with my training and I feel like that is what is currently happening so it’s time to switch things around again I think 🥰. ✨Hip thrusts 4x8-10 Finish each set with pulses (partial reps) until failure ✨Squats 3x8-10 ✨Single leg press 3x8-10 Tip: start with your weaker side first ✨Leg extensions 2x10-12 (forgot to film) ✨Glute kickbacks 2x10-12 Wearing @oneractive as always.
