@honestlynic_goal: Overall rating? 12/10 ⁣ ⁣ Maneink studio’s lovely founder & owner, Laura, invited me Huntington to come experience her scalp spa when she originally saw my review of the Korean scalp spa in queens. ⁣ ⁣ My thoughts? ⁣ Apples to oranges, y’allllll. ⁣ ⁣ This was, and I’m sorry I keep saying it, a luxury experience that I didn’t even know I needed. ⁣ ⁣ From the moment I walked in I was met with the most lovely smells. The studio was new, clean as a whistle and so cozy. ⁣ ⁣ First we analyzed my scalp. ⁣ Turns out my scalp was pretty healthy so I ended up just getting the relaxation treatment (and relaxed I was). ⁣ Then we prepared. ⁣ My hands were dipped in the warmest paraffin wax & then placed in electric warming mittens. ⁣ I was covered in the softest heated blanket (shout out to my chilly girlies) ⁣ I was sat back & a warmed, weighted, aromatherapy eye mask was laid across my face. ⁣ The red light therapy lights were switched on. ⁣ The cooling mist was placed near for my breathing pleasure and the treatment began. ⁣ At no point did I go more than 3 minutes without being massaged or scratched. ⁣ From my scalp to my arms and hands, back up to my neck. ⁣ It 👏🏻 was 👏🏻 perfection. ⁣ ⁣ TWO WHOLE hours of LUXURY. ⁣ ⁣ The only thing I can say is that everyone needs to experience this one. ⁣ The price reflects the multi sensory experience you are provided and I would pay it ten times over. ⁣ ⁣ Think birthday gift, Mother’s Day, mid summer reset, etc etc etc. ⁣ ⁣ Also I want to add that Laura’s true passion is helping people with hair loss and scalp issues. She understands the mental anguish and trauma that people experience from hair loss and the like. ⁣ She is certified in identifying scalp & hair loss issues , treating the problem and maintaining the scalp & hair health transformation. ⁣ ⁣ So many mamas deal with hair loss- so many women in general deal with it.
