I have to disagree. spent weeks applying with a resume I created with little to no traction, had jobscan make a change and within 2 days I had recruiters reaching out left and right.

What if the work youve done in the past on our resume isn’t work that can be “quantifiable”. For example, I don’t have any experience doing work where I can say “I increased ___ by ____”
