This can be modified in so many ways, and I love sharing these recipes with you all 💘 This recipe is so quick and easy when you want a cake but not all the effort that goes in to most recipes. One bowl. Minimal on hand ingredients. Still perfect outcome 🌱♥️ Staple vanilla cake recipe: 8 inch bakeware ✅1 1/2 cups flour ✅3/4 sugar ✅1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 baking soda ✅ pinch of salt ✅1 tbsp ACV ✅2 tbsp oil ✅1 tbsp almond extract/ or vanilla ✅1 cup vegan milk ✅ sprinkles Mix all dry ingredients, and then place wet ingredients one by one in the dry. No need for deprecate bowl. Then mix and place on to 8 inch round. Once baked at 350 for 25- 30 minutes then begin the vegan butter cream. One stick of vegan butter with 2 cups powdered sugar and about 3 tbsp vegan milk. Add some drops of pink food@coloring. Use a hand held mixer and beat well. Keep cold until cake it cool and ready.
