What if… 👇 Instead of STOPPING everytime you made a mistake, missed a workout, overate.. you kept going. What if instead of committing “conditionally”, you commit NO MATTER WHAT!? That does NOT mean showing up perfectly, it means showing up to your best ability. My BEST transformation came after turning 40 and deciding I’d keep trying NO MATTER WHAT.  Of course I had bad days, days I felt like nothing was changing, date I could only workout for 15 minutes because my little didn’t sleep or other mom life probs, or I slipped with my diet but I kept going. And that is the REAL secret to success.  When you show up on a bad day, after a bad day and when you don’t feel like it, it’s a power move. The crazy thing is, when you do this, when you commit, and do the things you said you would, even on the smallest of levels, your confidence SOARS. You start to trust and believe in yourself. And that’s half the battle with this whole fitness thing. Once that belief takes over, the sky is the limit for you. I challenge you to CHANGE your mindset. To STOP stopping when things get hard, or you mess up.  I challenge you to commit, to get up and no matter what, to NEVER give up.  To be willing to fall and get back up as many times as it takes. Success has NOTHING to do with NOT making mistakes. Success has EVERYTHING to do with how you respond when you make mistakes.
