@pryde.water.and.d: So today we have been at the local Tulloch institute club where a local company i wont name name but you know who you are have been charging for emptying out a cellar and only doing half the job not only that instead of replacing and or repairing the drainage fault desided to just keep charged for high pressure jetting and installing cheap screwfix sump pumps that last about a week and re charging to replace we attended at 11:45am today to find the cellar unused and full with 6000gallons of sewage effluent upon opening the manholes at the rear found them fully charged and backed up into the cellar previously cleared and emptied by this company a few weeks prior # definitely not !!!! With our minicam solopro+ system after 3 hours drain cleaning and descaling we literally found the root of the problems a pulled rubber and fence post surrounded by mass tree root ingress causing the system to leak back into the cellar causing a horrendous smell and damp by 15:00hrs we were off site preparing the report for the council and the owners insurance theres 20m of poor condition drainage on this system that needs replacing due to the amount of dips and poor run on the system we advise we should replace from manhole to manhole 20/21m or so as this will reoccur in a couple weeks time remember the might think there the best company locally but they really arent #drainrepair #repairsandservicing #drains #cctv #tackandtrace #cctvcamera #newinstallation #draincleaning #eazicat #minicamsolopro+ @minicam_ian
