I met mine at my job through coworkers that know him, then he started teaching me pinball. Now he’s a good friend and my tattoo artist. Connections upon connections is the way to go

the way i found mine was through my first tattoo artist who did a tattoo trade with them lol but i definitely think that finding someone that meets your social needs during the tattoo is important!!

Honestly I just googled local tattoo shops, checked the shops in IG, and then Individually checked the artists’ IG pages. Wanted anime tattoos so I checked who had good anime style tattoos done

Just really take your time and research the artist in your area look at their style and see if any of its similar then you can maybe talk about a piece like that but definitely take your time looking
