I agree well said! I suffer with quite bad anxiety which causes me to have physical symptoms and it’s quite bad! But I still get up and go to work every day you just have to get on with it!

Totally agree. I think people feel they have depression or anxiety when they've maby had a bad day. It's alot deeper than that for genuine cases.

I totally agree with him, I can barely leave my home because of ocd and agoraphobia and i see others posting about anxiety when they don’t have a clue about anxiety
