I got a refund for 50% of my holiday from easy jet on my return home as they advertised the hotel with kids slides but there were none! Definitely complain when you get home x

Complain in writing when you return & request compensation for the first few days of your holidays. EasyJet mis-sold the hotel to you, because the pool was closed! Take them to ABTA if necessary!
