@foodies.stay.fit: This super simple dinner idea took me less than 20 min to make🎉 Perfect for those busy nights when you want to make something quick yet delicious & call it a day🙌🏼 Ingredients: 1lb lean ground beef 2 minced garlic cloves Garlic powder Red chili flakes 1 cup of shredded Cole slaw mix 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce To plate I added 1/2 cup of white rice plus 1/2 cucumber sliced and a lime wedge (optional) Notes: In a medium pan on medium heat add ground beef, minced garlic, garlic powder & chili flakes. Allow beef to turn brown. Push beef to the side and add 1 cup of the shredded Cole slaw mix. Then add teriyaki sauce over everything. Combine well & let it sit on low heat for an extra 2-3min. Make white rice on the side or if you have any leftover rice even better! This dinner is quick simple & delicious.
