Life is going to keep going with or without you…. After 15 funerals in 7 years I can honestly say everyday was a blur. Some days I was aware and some days I was depressed. Food was my addiction. Late night snacks, over eating for breakfast and huge lunch buffets. Whatever would get me so full I would just be so tired the day could be over. Until about 18 months ago a client of mine said “You are the best at credit repair but you are terrible with your health. Until you get that health together we cannot do any more business.” I was shocked 😳. He said he just hear me on the phone breathing heavy and that wasn’t normal. I went to the ER just for peace of mind and my blood pressure 220/180. He literally saved my life 🙏🏾. I was rushed to the hospital and as I sat there in my room in this tiny gown with my @SS out I said “What the hell are you doing?” My kids kept asking me”Where is daddy?” And I said to myself I have an opportunity to make sure they won’t have to ask that question for a long time. I just need to push the plate away and pull up the weights. Well here I am down 81 pounds. I can get down and tie my own shoes without passing out. I can get down on the ground with ease to change Alaya’s diaper. I played basketball in the backyard with my son without getting tired. I am never going to quit being the best version of myself. I am here to let you all know as soon I get my six pack I am not wearing no shirt for about six months. 💪🏾 #sorrynotsorry #justdontinviteme
