@fitwaffle: Air fryer chicken tender tacos Ingredients: 300g chicken mini fillets 3 tsp paprika Salt & pepper to taste 1 egg, beaten 60g cornflakes Sauce: 2 tbsp Mayo 2 tsp Ketchup 1 tsp yellow mustard 1/2 tsp paprika 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce Diced tomato Shredded lettuce Mini tortillas (soft taco shells) Makes 6-8 chicken tender tacos Method: -Season your chicken with salt, pepper and paprika (or any seasonings you want 👀) -Crack an egg into a bowl and give it a whisk -Finely crush 60g of cornflakes & pour into a bowl -Coat your chicken in the egg, then in the cornflakes -Air fry chicken for about 10 mins at 180C or until cooked through to 75C (you can also bake it in the oven for 12-15 mins) -Chop your lettuce and tomato (and cut out mini tortillas if you don’t have them) -Mix together all the sauce ingredients (feel free to adjust to your taste) -Assemble -Eat #EasyRecipe #LearnOnTikTok #lunch
