I don’t know what to do, this is entirely me, poor attention and poor time management and poor memory is something I’ve struggled with especially since I turned 12ish and I hate it, I’ve never had a reason for it and I just feel like I’m disappointing everyone. Quite a few of my friends have said that they think / would’ve be surprised if I had adhd. I’ve got mocks coming up and I haven’t got extra time sorted but I really think I need it, my time management is awful generally but multiplies in tests and it’s awful because I’m hardly losing any marks on my answers, instead on questions I haven’t managed to get too. I really don’t know what to do

totally messy room but if something gets moved I'll freak because I found things better in the chaos so I know if its moved 🤣

my daughter is 8 and everything u had said I can relate to with think she also had odd she struggles so much in school myself and the school are fighting for a diagnosis Xx

my son was diagnosed at 12. kids being left for years because everyone thinks they have adhd due to tiktok. I have all these signs. have it or not, I'm 31 it's not gonna change my life now 🙄
