Balarion was in his mid 100s during aegons conquest so was probably around Vhagar size from HotD, whilst Vhagar & meraxes from the conquest were probably Melys sized

I think during the dance Vhagars size was roughly the size of Balerion during Aegon’s Conquest. So he was quite a bit bigger than her.
