I hired a disability lawyer back in January 2024 after my second denial. He told me I didn’t have to do anything and he would take care of everything and not to talk to Social Security. He was supposed to submit an appeal for me for a court date. I was told by Social Security that they uploaded all of my information in March which was more than 60 days that I had I am wanting to know what I can do because I called Social Security on Friday and they said my case was closed. I want to appeal myself if I can and maybe reapply which I am so sick over. Haven’t had a job in over two years. The people that help my lawyer I would message them in the portal. Say they got all my paperwork and doctors letters and everything and all I said was OK got it. I would call for updates and all they would say is please do not call. We will call youvery very dissatisfied. Is there anything else I can do?
