this may be Tmi but I put silicone based lube in my hair on vacation once cause the weather was making it unruly and extremely tangled and I had the best hair day ever.

OMG is the bleach. I have basically gone back to my natural colour and don't get as many tangles as I used to. Ofc, I also follow your recommendations. The Bumble and Bumble spray changed my life.

a massive help for me as a fine hair girl was to stop piling my hair on top of my head whilst shampooing. I now only concentrate on massaging my scalp and leave the lengths out. it's helped loads!
