I was in same point, couple weeks ago in er, in restraints, police, and sedated. All because I didn’t want to go, but I was detained under mental health act.

I had the sweetest paramedic when I had a major bipolar episode that sent me into psychosis 7 years ago. I don't remember much, but I remember her face and how much empathy she showed me. 💜
