@plantedinthegarden: Get a head start on your garden and extend your growing season. The best way to do this is to start early in Spring and grow cool loving vegetables like radish, spinach, lettuce, kale, bok choy, turnip, carrots, cabbage, cauliflower, arugula, peas, onions, and swiss chard. Some of these do need to be started indoors as early as February. However there are some that you can directly sow in the ground. We start planting outdoors early April as soon as the ground can be worked on or when the soil temperature is right around 7°C (45°F) and up. A row cover can help keep the soil warm and protect your seedlings. Here’s a list of seeds that you can plant directly in soil. - Radish - Spinach - Lettuce - Turnip - Arugula - Carrots - Peas What seeds have you started? #fypシ #gardeningtips #learning #gardening #daily #gardentok

Melted snow yields VERY little water. Just saying. It’s a 10:1 ratio.
