I used to think blunt one length cuts were the only style I could have. My stylist told me that’s what looks best on fine hair, and keeping it short would make it look thicker. I think she was wrong.. 3. Strengthen your hair at the roots by scalp oiling at least once a week. I use my Scalp Strengthening Oil weekly to help thicken my hair strands and grow long and strong hair. I have minimal breakage even though I bleach my hair 1-2 times a year. 4. Clarify your hair once a week to remove build up, this keeps my fine hair healthy and adds volume. Build up weighs down fine hair and it’s noticeable since our strands are thinner. I use my Refresh Clarifying Shampoo Bar at least once a week to refresh my hair. 5. Exfoliate your scalp weekly, this helps remove dead skin and other debris that can clog and weigh down hair.
