@zaafirahrehana: How I'm maintaining my energy levels during training in Ramadan 🤍👏🏽 This month I decided to start taking @optimumnutrition_uk's BCAA's - Train and Sustain. If you don't know what BCAA's are, they're essential amino acids and this formula is made to basically keep you going throughout your training sessions, support your immune system AND help reduce your fatigue In Ramadan I feel like we need all the help we can get when it comes to energy levels. Personally I prefer to train after iftar (our evening meal where we break fast) so after trialling this product for a while, I can honestly tell you it's made such a difference to my workouts. I did a quad + glute focussed leg day in this video and I definitely needed it Also can we talk about the taste!! Literally juice, you wouldn't even think it's a supplement.
