You should do 6-12 sets per muscle group. Also you don’t need 5 minutes rest unless your a power lifter lol. 2-3 minutes is plenty of rest even when doing high intensity

when i started i did low sets low reps and did loads of exercises per session now i do only 4-5 with a lot of sets and reps is that good
