Low cost + low investment = higher return. STEPS 1. Build base out of 2x2s and 3x2s 2. Sand 3. Prime with Retique It Wood’n Primer. 4. Wipe on Retique It Pecan stain 5. Brush on Retique it Wood’n Primer and run graining tool through it. 6. Brush on pecan stain (2 coats) 7. Topcoat using Tripletique #sidehustleideas #flippingfurniture #trashtocash
