I heatshrink assit IDs to cable sometimes… its slow with a battery gun (my boas bought one😅) blowtorch is cheaper and quicker. Just dont burn it lol

Recipe Name Bacon Wrapped Filet Mignon Medallions Ingredients 1. 8 beef filet medallions (6 oz / 170 g each) 2. 8 bacon strips 3. 2 tbsp olive oil 4. 2 tbsp unsalted butter 5. 3 garlic cloves, smashed 6. 2 tsp kosher salt 7. 1 tsp black pepper 8. 1 tsp garlic powder 9. 1 tsp onion powder 10. 1 tsp smoked paprika 11. 1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped 12. 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped Recipe 1. Pat the filet medallions dry with paper towels. 2. Wrap each steak with one strip of bacon and secure with toothpicks or butcher's twine. 3. Season all sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. 4. Heat olive oil in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat. 5. Sear the steaks for 2–3 minutes per side until nicely browned. 6. Add butter, garlic, rosemary, and thyme to the pan. 7. Continuously spoon the melted herb butter over the steaks. 8.
