what about the tool release cylinder? tsc coolant union? belt? geometry, break in? belt driven spindles tend to take less time, but there's is more to it then unbolted pulling pins and bolting back up

yeah easy when the "old one" is still shiny and all those fancy tools, try to replace a 15year old spindle with normal tools in 20min 😎
