They gotta understand that just bc the place is delayed doesn’t mean they still got time to get on. Ground crew may have finished up their duties already with filling the cargo. Therefore their bags cannot be taken in hence why they can’t board it’s simple if your late your late don’t bother the pilots for u to get on the flight
