put the soap in the bottom if it doesn’t have a detergent tray. it washes better if you do it that way

Put the detergent directly into the drum before your add your clothes. Also, you should only fill it halfway with clothes, per the technician at the store when I bought mine

And there are too many clothes in there. I have the one without the agitator. I’ve replaced 2 parts and still nothing. 3rd part on the way. If that doesn’t work going to replace. It’s 2yr old

1st you shouldn't fill it more than 2/3 max so that's way too much..detergent at the bottom. I have this machine and it works amazing.

i also dont like to use it without the agitator, because the clothes get air and dont get completely cover with the water

I put my clothes in and detergent on top. I have this exact one. I love mine. My clothes feel and smell so clean.

A few things that could cause this too many clothes in the machine too much detergent or the type of detergent. I use to have the same issue. I now use baking soda and a&m laundry boost with sals suds cloths are soft and fresh
