Automatically put you on their premium subscription as soon as you activate the tag and use the details you’ve given them for delivery. And they advertise £5 per month for subscription yet charge you £6 (£5+£1 Tax) and they also make it super difficult to cancel or change anything (you can’t do it from the app)

Iv cancelled my subscription because its a pointless item, and they keep continuing to take 2 payments out a month out of my bank and they wont stop!!!

Did you sign up after you received the tag or did they just automatically charge you?? I just got the tag in the mail. This is ridiculous.

I signed up for it and paid for the first month. Please cancel my order after this. I wasn’t thinking when I signed up to pay $6.95 monthly. It’s an awesome thing to have but I don’t need it
