it was pretty much dead on arrival.. idk what Merc thought.. people would just accept it? No, the w205 was questionable enough as a C63, so in comparison, the w206 was doomed even before launch.

I live near the Merc factory in East London and there is a constant stream of US spec C63s being loaded onto the car carriers at the docks. So somebody is buying them.
