@sarah.sipple: I do have a favorite donut in town. 👆🏼 Why these? I don’t remember if I first had these at @Cafe Cà Phê or at Creative Mornings. But the donut itself was memorable— being light, sweet but not sugary, perfectly tearable, soft. The blueberry donut had real blueberries, the raspberry frosted had real raspberry, and the shiny chocolate frosting was perfectly decadent. What was supposed to be natural was beautifully true, and what is supposed to be unnatural (hello sprinkles!) was also perfect 😆 So when Mr D’s hosted a group of us the other day to try donuts and their new spring drink lineup, it was a no-brainer. Worth my 25 minute drive! And I was happy to find out flavored lattes are not overly sweet. Also, if you haven’t been to Lenexa Public Market yet, here is your sign.
