You need to apply to 10-15 jobs to get scheduled for one interview. Have you applied to 10-15 jobs? 3-    If you are applying to a lot of places but NEVER get scheduled an interview it’s possible you haven’t applied to the right level of position for your experience. Be honest with yourself. Have you applied to positions that are too low or too high? The fastest way to get a new job is to apply for a lateral move.   If you are getting scheduled interviews but you never get passed the first or second round it means your interview skills are lacking.
