Given some of the dms and comments I've recieved over the past few weeks I thought I would repost this one. In the stillness and quietness of your heart and your true emotions is where one can admit to ourselves what it is we really want,or what it is that's hurting us. Serendipitous moments happen when we let go of fear, disappointment and things we can not change. Only you can release those burdens within you, and it's only you that keeps you trapped in that prison of fear, disappointment, or regret in a memory or moment in time. Self awareness is serendipitous. Listen to the quietness of your heart as that is where you'll find the real honesty to admit within you. One of the biggest penny drops for me over the past few years was in order for me to achieve what I really wanted to do in my life to help people, I needed to start helping me first, so I started with self awareness self forgiveness self accountability, when I say it's a game changer it really is. Be happier, free yourself from what is destroying you, in a world filled with trapped, bad relationships, bad friendships and negative people or yuck mindsets and chaos, we hold onto emotions that don't serve us, fear, axiety, hate, regret, pride etc etc it's us that chooses to stay stuck in it, just as it is us that can remove it. Listen to your heart and the stillness of your thoughts, don't trap yourself somewhere you don't belong.
