Hi, my starter is on D15. But it doesn’t seem to be a strong starter, it rises after feeds, it’s bubbly, but doesn’t look as strong as yours. Any suggestions on how to strengthen it? Flour change?

I have made 2 starter and 1 is going absolutely perfect and the other one is just not rising, do I just throw the bad one out?
