Once it stops feeling burnt you can gently exfoliate. It will help with the peeling skin but not the discoloration. But a good makeup artist can hide the red and white stripes.

Solar recover spray on Amazon. If you go to their site they have a locator to see if anywhere near you sells it in store. It’s a miracle spray.
