Nordstrom's had to change their return policy years back bc they would accept ANYTHING without receipt and give store credit. until a fight broke out over a tire being returned. they don't sell tires

When I worked at TJ maxx we had a lady who would try and put thousands of items into layaway. Eventually everything that was in the back room had her name on it

My job recently started tracking the amount of returns people make in a year and then deny after so many. We have one lady EXACTLY like this. She buys at least $400 in shoes to ship to store.
