I was educated enough to know something was off with my oldest. She was diagnosed with the same thing. I was lucky enough to have a pedi and endo that were not of white decent and were right on it.

i got my period at 11 but yrs before that i kept complaining of painand the drs seem annoyed to see me bcuz my mom kept taking me n @ the end a dr said i was seeking attention

Latina here! At the age 11 I got diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. If it wasn’t for my dad insisting the doctor to do labs. I probably wouldn’t have found out til I was an adult.

I’m Latina. My daughters (twins) are half black. My pediatrician was great. One twin was growing so fast. She got diagnosed with precocious puberty. We were followed by a pediatric endocrinologist

My son at 7 was very tall for his age and showing signs of puberty. Luckily our Dr took it seriously and ref him to an Endocrinologist who diagnosed him with precocious puberty. He’s now on Lupron (1)

It took me 2 years to get a doctor to order a CT scan because I knew I had an ovarian cyst. I had so many symptoms however the doctors always dismissed my concerns. Finally I got a CT Scan and bingo
