( just my opinion) the poppy war trilogy was DARK and it was good but definitely didn’t think it needed to be as hyped as it was. Loveddd the mistborn trilogy and the unique magic system introduced💕

you're not wrong about mistborn but not all of the books are directly connected, for example mistborn and the way of kings are completely separate so you can take breaks between them like I did
