@dramandafanous: I am so pleased with this ethnic rhinoplasty result! 😍 The radix is the start of the nose, the area between the eyes. Did you know that a low or deep radix is a common trait in Asian and South American ethnicities? 💭 This was the case for my gorgeous patient, who has a South American heritage. Using mastoid fascia from behind her ear, I was able to subtly augment her radix leaving her with a beautiful result.
