@mattcookecoach: Here’s exactly how to play the 48-Hour Manifestation Challenge: 1. In your journal or your notes, write down the date and time as if it were 48 hours from now. For example, 6 pm on 7th April 2024. Phrase it in the present tense as if it has already happened. Write it like this: “ I am so grateful, because {enter manifestation} has appeared in my life, from the most unexpected place. Thank you, thank you, thank you.” 2. Take a moment to read it back and imagine the manifestation of this intention. Focus on the feelings resulting from it coming to fruition: excitement, relief, joy or gratitude. The goal is to emotionally connect with the outcome as if it has already occurred. The feeling is the magnet that draws the experience to you ahead of time. 3. Set and forget. Having set your intention and connected with it emotionally, release your attachment to the outcome. Trust that the universe will handle the details. Carry on with your day, keeping a subtle awareness of your intention. 4. After 48 hours, revisit your journal. Reflect on any occurrences, synchronicities, or feelings related to your intention. Irrespective of the outcome, recognise this as a meaningful exercise in focusing your thoughts and energy. Please share your experiences with the community in the comments section. This step is about community, reflection, and learning from the collective experiences of all participants. Enjoy! M x
