@drinksbyevie: Back on the clarification train because it’s just such a fun way to play around with flavors, so looooo and behold this clarified matcha sour 💚 CLARIFIED MATCHA SOUR • 1 bar spoon matcha • ¾ oz vanilla simple syrup • ½ oz lime juice • ½ oz yuzu juice • ½ oz green chartreuse • 2 oz gin • 1 oz heavy cream • garnish: lime twist Add all ingredients (besides the heavy cream) to a mixing glass and use a hand whisk to combine. Slowly pour the mixture into the heavy cream (in a different jar). Let it sit in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes. Strain it through a damp coffee filter lined fine mesh sieve (I had to do this twice to get a super clear result). Pour over a large ice cube in a rocks glass and give it a stir.
