what do you do if you have an IRN that steps up most of the time but when she needs to go into her cage she won't step up, even for treats? she gets defensive but steps up without an issue

input on forced step up, the only time you should do it is in an emergency, fire, gas leak, etc. so it'd still imo good to know how to do.
